BayRunner is a large venue, with a 180 guest capacity,
ready to cater to any event and budget on the water
Bayrunner features several open areas such as the expansive top deck and large open bow
As well as a large indoor space
and bar that can be rearranged as needed.
We currently offer BYO charters throughout Sydney Harbour,
and will soon be available for cash bar and beverage packages.

$15 per person for up to 100 pax only
Includes use of Bar Fridges, Eskies & Disposable cups
BYO for over 100 guests is available by request only

BYO Food – No additional charge
Sufficient food must be present if alcohol is being consumed.

Public Holiday Information
Incure 20% surcharge on total booking

 

Wharf fees

$150 for pick up and drop off within Sydney City Wharves
$400 for pick up at Manly (160 capacity, subject to weather conditions)

Staff Fees

Wait Staff
Required on all charters
$300 per staff for 4 hours

1 - 49 pax = 1 staff
50-89 pax = 2 staff
90-134 pax = 3 staff
135 - 180 pax = 4 staff

High-Risk Events
Require extra staff as security
Cruises with swimming, bucks parties, sports teams, 18ths to 21sts, all-male groups, and similar high-risk events

$300 per staff for 4 hours
1-89 pax = 1 additional staff
90-180 pax = 2 additional staff

Entertainment
4.5m Slide - $750
(Available from November 2024 onwards)

Lilypad - $100

Paddleboard - $25 each
