Re: Self Drive Hire20'ARVOR Cruiser Very pleased to find something between an outboard motor "tinnie" and a large boat that is much more expensive and requires a license or skipper. The boat was very comfortable and practical for a small group who are not drinking and want something just for a half day. This is very difficult to find on Sydney Harbour. We look forward to hiring this boat with Sydney Escapes again.

Having the instructions and rules told to us before hand really made a difference. We also enjoyed being able to take food and drinks on the boat, also being able to buy ice on site was great too.

Peter and my children all said they had a really great day yeaterday and they had a good time. The weather was lovely and the boat didnt rock too much when ferries went close. They took a picnic lunch along and ate in a sheltered spot in Watsons Bay. They thought the bigger motor was a good idea too. I am sure they would all consider doing it again.

Just a quick thank you for the amazing day we had out on the harbour on Good Friday. Whilst having the perfect weather for an afternoon of fishing, drinking and meandering helped, all credit must go to the excellent service we received leading up to and on the day. Thanks especially to Katie for making the safety briefing nice and easy and for enabling us to have such a special afternoon: it was perfect for my mate's last afternoon out with the boys before he gets married, and I'll be recommending it to everyone we know.
You'll see us again: after our rave reviews, our other halves want us to book up ASAP!

A big thank you to our skipper, Dom. Thanks for lending us some spare clothes when we all decided to jump in for a swim, having not brought any swimmers along, as we thought it was going to rain! Our guests were equally impressed at Dom's coffee making skills. My sister and I both agreed that it was the best way to spend our 25th! Family + friends on Sydney harbour. I have filled in your customer satisfaction questionnaire because I want you to know that every aspect was first class, but wanted to just add a note to thank you and all your team for the excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for any of you, and that was very much appreciated. The yacht arrived early, complete with ice for the drinks, and the crew simply took all the food I had prepared and turned it into a gourmet buffet table, barbequing it all to perfection. Dave was a wonderful host, the boat was exactly what we wanted, and most of our guests are still talking about their fabulous experience despite it being too cold and windy to go for a swim. The whole day and evening were absolutely spectacular. We could not fault Kevin and his boat and crew in any way, and found him professional, courteous and extremely easy to work with. The boat looked great, the roses beautiful, plenty of room, great stage area for our musical family, Chantal his daughter was fantastic at the bar and always addressed u personally asking if we wanted anything else, we felt like royalty! The cruise was very smooth, Kevin took us down the quiet waterways the first couple of hours, and then spent the last couple in a grand finale of the bridge, opera house, city skyline, it was so impressive!!!

I was a little hesitant when I organised the pamper cruise, not knowing exactly how it would all work, but my fears were allayed upon stepping onboard. An inspirational and original idea that really is idyllic. Dinner on a moored boat at Rose Bay from a delicious hamper. Service was offered but I prefered to do self serve and really allow my girlfriend and I to experience the evening uninterrupted.
I know that this is an unusual review and not sure that it counts as a restaurant but for a magical evening you cannot go wrong here!

Our team of 54 had such a great day, and we have received a lot of positive feedback from our team about what a great day they had � probably more so than any other event we have held in the past. The boat far exceeded our expectations in size and comfort, and provided the perfect setting for our celebration with variety of space that was sophisticated yet still relaxed. The staff on board were incredibly helpful and pleasant which only added to the positive experience. The food was lovely also and the range of menu options was very diverse which worked well.
Dealing with Sydney Harbour Escapes, and Susannah in particular made the day a breeze to arrange. Nothing was hassle and all of our needs were met.

We had our Christmas party for the second time on the Penguin middle of December and it was such a great afternoon out on the Harbour despite the rainy and windy weather. The warm welcome of the crew, particular Danny, who still remembered me from last year, made up for the rather chilly temperatures for a December day.
Watching the big yachts preparing for Sydney to Hobart and racing in the Harbour was great but when we set one of the sails on the Penguin that was even better.
Again, it was such a great day and I will miss the Christmas parties on your boat. Unfortunately I won't be with the current employer end of this year any longer but if I get another job, I will definitely
suggest your boat as the venue for their Christmas parties.

Corporate Cruise aboard Capricorn Queen 60' KETCH PRIVATE SAILING YACHT We had 19 on board the Capricorn Queen and came away with 19 very, very happy staff. I must say that the entire experience was faultless. We booked the cruise with one weeks notice. Nicole from your office was absolutely brilliant from every angle - the boat, the drinks, the invoices all organised without effort and all coming together without a hitch - perfect to deal with and no praise is high enough to describe my regard for her.
The boat was sensational. Dave and Steve were very accommodating - particularly Dave and I can't recommend him enough. The food was spot on and he took care of our sole vegetarian perfectly for us. I met with Dave the following day to collect our left over alcohol and he was as professional and courteous then as he was on the cruise.
All in all I can't rate our experience highly enough. I have since recommended your service and this particular boat to friends and colleagues and can honestly say that you will see us again - probably same time next year.
Please thank Nicole once again for us - pulling such a great experience together in one day, one week out is very much appreciated.

Many thanks for all your help in making the fishing day for our guests a truly wonderful experience! Everyone came back saying they all had a fantastic time and how wonderful the crew was! (There were a few who said they were sea-sick – but everyone agreed that was part and parcel of traveling on water!)
Also, heaps of thanks to the skipper and crew for making time to collect the seafood platters at the Fish Market which everyone enjoyed (plenty of left overs!).
Sumptuous food, fantastic weather, gracious skipper and crew….what more can you ask?

Re: Self drive Treasure Hunt aboard 20'ARVOR Cruisers A quick note to thank Julia and the team for ensuring that our offsite last week went according to plan and not only met but exceeded our expectations.
The main part of the offsite was targeted at team building and improving communication within our team. The day also proved to be a good morale booster and gave all the individuals a sense of ownership and empowerment.
I admit that I was a little hesitant about taking the team out of their safety zone; however, the team members thoroughly enjoyed the variety of tasks throughout the day. Once again a well organised day from start to finish.

Re: Self drive Treasure Hunt aboard 20'ARVOR Cruisers Thanks very much to Julia and the team at Sydney Harbour Escapes for a fabulous afternoon on the harbour. The ARVOR treasure hunt activity was the perfect event for some fun in the sun. A few hours of team building activities, testing our minds and taking in the beauty of Sydney Harbour was a way to reward my team (10 people)for several months of hard slog in the office. My group loved the opportunity to drive the boats themselves and enjoyed the "treasure hunt". A great day was had by all, and I would certainly recommend this activity for any group looking for some "time out" and a bit of fun at the same time.
