Incure 25% surcharge on yacht hire, food and beverage packages
100% on chef and wait staff fees

1 wait staff required for every 10 guests
$570 per wait staff for 6 hours
$85 per staff per hour thereafter

$620 for 6 hr charter

Segara has a "no shoes" policy except those with medical conditions (must have prior arrangement).
