Minimum 5 hours of charter - $1,900 per hour (except on Christmas Day)
20% surcharge on catering
50% surcharge on wait staff fees

A 20% surcharge to all rates applies for all Public Holidays NOT noted above,
except catering where a 25% surcharge applies

Wait Staff
$300 per staff for 4 hours
$60 per staff per additional hour thereafter

Wait Staff Ratio
1 - 10 guests = 1 staff required
11 - 24 guest = 2 staff required
25 - 36 guests: = 3 staff required
