BBQ Reheating Surcharge - $50
Surcharge applies for reheating BBQ food on board.

Wait Staff Fees
4 hours - $330 per staff
Per additional hour thereafter - $75 per staff

RATIO
Up to 15 pax = 0 staff 
16 - 30 pax = 1 staff
31 - 49 pax = 2 staff
50 - 70 pax = 3 staff

Security Guards
4 hours - $400 per security
Per additional hour thereafter - $75 per staff

Entertainment

Fee covers generator hire only, DJ to supply all of their own equipment
