To secure a vessel for your charter, we take a 50% deposit of the total amount or cost of the vessel hire, unless specified otherwise. The rest of the payment will be due 14 days prior to the charter along with final numbers and food and beverage requirements.
Payment can be made by EFT, Visa, MasterCard or in cash.
Most vessels have swim ladders for guests to swim whilst the vessel is anchored. If you wish to swim, our captain can take you to the best secluded bay on the day of your charter.
Yes, you're able to bring a cake for your celebration.
In general boats offer a range of beverage options: BYO - if available is bring your own drinks - a surcharge may apply. If the vessel is licenced they will offer a standard drinks package with upgrades, a beverage on consumption option where you are charged for the drinks you order on your party charter (additional staffing fees may apply)
Yes, all vessels will have eskies or fridges on board to keep drinks chilled. Ice can be arranged at an additional cost.
Yes, we have a first kit on board all vessels in case of an emergency. If there are any emergencies on the day, the captain and crew on board are certified and can conduct first aid processes. We follow the safety regulations from AMSA (Australian Maritime Safety Authority)
We allow for 15 minutes for all guests to get on and off the vessel at the wharves.
We welcome the opportunity to show you around your prefered boat. Most of our vessels are easily accessable for inspections - subject to avaialabilty. Some of the smaller vessels kept on swing moorings may not be viewed as easily. Please ask our friendly team for more information.
