Public Holiday Information
25% surcharge on yatch hiring, catering, and beverage
100% surcharge on wait staff

 

Wharf fees

Pick up and drop off wharf fees apply (Usually $100 total). Check your quote and contract for more info.

Staff Fees

Wait Staff
1 wait staff is required for every 10 guests
$130 per staff per hour (4 hours minimum)

Chef - required on all charters
1 chef is required for every 40 guests
$165 per staff per hour (4 hours minimum)

Event Manager
$100 per hour

Security
$100 per hour

Entertainment
DJ / Saxophonist
Minimum 4 hours - $350 per hour

Mixologist
Minimum 4 hours - $100 per hour

Tender
$550 per hour

Lifeguard
$125 per hour
Maximum of 20 pax allowed in swimming at any (1) time
